The Zweegman Family Social Club was formed to preserve something rare: a shared family legacy rooted in time, tradition, and togetherness. What began as a simple gathering place by the water has become a multi-generational commitment to stewarding the cabins, the land, and the relationships that tie us together.
Founded in the 1930s by Margretha Zweegman and later organized with structure and care, the club has provided a space for countless reunions, quiet getaways, and summer memories. Through potlucks, work parties, board meetings, and beach walks, the property has stayed in active use and under shared responsibility—an intentional act of family cooperation that continues to this day.
